Your research request

We collect your email, investment strategy, preferred district, purchase budget and the notes you choose to submit. We use these details to assess and respond to your requested research. Please do not submit identity documents, bank details or other sensitive documents through the form.

Submitting a request does not purchase a report or commit you to a payment. We confirm scope, availability, price and timing separately. The service is personally researched; it does not provide an instant automated valuation.

Storage and access

The website and intake run on Cloudflare. Requests are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database configured for the European Union and are accessible through the private operator dashboard. We do not sell requests or share them with estate agents for marketing. Cloudflare processes technical information to operate and secure the service. Our stylesheet loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the browser request and associated technical information.

Retention and your choices

Intake email, free-text notes and budget are cleared from the active request store after 90 days when the service next processes a submission. Status records and a request identifier may remain. Backups may retain earlier copies for the provider’s recovery period. Any later paid engagement will have separately agreed records and retention terms.

For access, correction, deletion or to withdraw your request, email aastrosmile@gmail.com, quoting the request reference if available. Do not include your operator access key. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority.

Cookies and contact

This application does not use advertising trackers or store the operator key in browser storage. Hosting providers may process technical security data. Contact emails are handled through Gmail. Automated confirmation emails are not currently sent; save the on-screen request reference.
